“The hotel has amazing view of the rice paddies. Customer service is excellent, friendly staff and food is great. The one thing we didn’t like was that housekeeping came in to tidy up our room after we came back from our dinner. They let down our mosquito net. Also, the net had dead ants in it. I didn’t expect them to tidy our room just after checking in. Plus, we didn’t ask to do that so that part was weird. Besides that, it was a lovely place to stay and relax!”

Ci hanno organizzato in anticipo via email, con nostra soddisfazione, il transfer in auto dall'aeroporto di Hanoi a Sapa A/R e due gg di trekking nei villaggi intorno a SAPA. Complimenti a Mo (spero sia scritto bene il nome), persona squisita oltre che guida che ci ha accompagnati nei trekking. ”

“This hotel is underrated but has one of the best views from the room and from the restaurant where you can see the mountain view with the monorail passing. The hotel serves breakfast with local cusine (one of the best pho I've tried) but also has selection of foreign breakfast everything was so good. Also all the staff were very friendly and prodfessionals ready to help us with our needs. Thank You Yen Sapa hotel, we'll surely be back here if we happen to be in Sapa again! Highly reccomended!”
